Inside Sales Executive- Sunstore(AEREM)

The executive will also manage key accounts , and the Inside Sales Executive will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing customer relationships through various channels, while also managing key accounts and maintaining client engagement with Aerem.
The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and online research.
- Develop lead generation strategies along with the marketing team.
Reaching out to project vendors, EPCs , solar supplier for procurement inquiries.
Account Management:
Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Identify and address account-specific needs and challenges.
Sales and Closing:
Present products and services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and addressing objections.
BTL Marketing:
Implement BTL marketing activities to maintain engagement, such as direct mail, trade show participation, and local events.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer service and support, building trust and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
