Your Wholesome Role

As a Fleet Executive, you will play a key role in supporting fleet operations by coordinating with Delivery Executives (DEs), onboarding new DEs, tracking deliveries, and assisting in daily logistics functions to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

What We Desire from You

Experience:
1–3 years
of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or a related field (e-commerce preferred).

Skills:

  • Coordination: Ability to assist and guide DEs during delivery operations.
  • Onboarding: Handle end-to-end onboarding of new Delivery Executives, including documentation, training.
  • Relationship Building: Maintains positive and professional relationships with delivery staff.
  • Communication: Good verbal communication in English and regional languages.
  • Team Support: Works closely with the Fleet Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitoring: Keeps track of delivery status and escalates issues promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Handles on-ground issues and assists in resolving payment or delivery concerns.
  • Rider Engagement: Helps in executing initiatives to keep delivery executives active and motivated.
  • Basic Reporting: Capable of maintaining basic logs and sharing updates on fleet performance.
