MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily Operation of BMU.
  • Coordination & Communication with Client & other Sub Contractors at site Declaration preparation.
  • Continuous reporting to the Client for BMU operation
  • Fill Daily log book as per company format.
  • Daily Inspection of rooftop & BMU and reporting to the Client if anything unusual found.
  • Continuous Wind Speed monitoring.
  • Informing the Client if any Emergency raised.
  • Guiding & Training the Team Members.
  • To Provide A Safe Means Of Using The Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) To Access The Facades Of All Sites.
  • To Ensure That Only Authorized And Properly Trained Persons Are Able To Use This Machine In Any Way.
  • To Ensure The Safety And Convenience Of The Public And Of Building Occupants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹27,235.27 per month
