Who We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking an Operations Executive in Mumbai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment. This role requires initiative, ownership, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

(This is a work-from-office role based out of Mumbai.)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.

  • Coordinate with partner flying schools and follow up with trainee pilots on ongoing processes.

  • Track and maintain records of training progress, documentation, and reporting.

  • Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, and process coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and support leadership in streamlining operations.

  • Provide timely updates and support to clients, ensuring a smooth training journey.

Requirements

  • Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in operations or administration.

  • Strong communication skills (proficient in English, written & spoken).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • A proactive learner with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

  • Experience in the aviation/education/training industry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
