About the Role

We are hiring a
Business Operations & Growth Assistant
who can support us across:

  • ONDC order management
  • WhatsApp catalogue + customer coordination
  • Social media posting (creatives will be provided)
  • Basic CRM & data entry
  • Inventory/stock coordination
  • Vendor & supplier follow-ups
  • Simple admin + reporting
  • In-store support during peak hours

This is a
multi-role position
designed for someone who wants to learn retail, operations, digital, and brand execution — all at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ONDC daily orders, catalog updates & dispatch coordination
  • Handle WhatsApp Business messages, small enquiries, broadcast lists
  • Post reels/updates/stories provided by our design team
  • Maintain Google Sheets, daily reports & basic analytics
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock, pricing & delivery
  • Assist in creating simple documents, forms & listings
  • Support the founder with daily follow-ups & execution tasks
  • Help the store team during rush hours (billing/packing support)
  • Ensure smooth operations across online + offline channels

Requirements

We are NOT looking for degrees — we are looking for the
right attitude
.

  • Smart, organised, hungry to learn
  • Comfortable with mobile apps, WhatsApp Business, basic Excel/Sheets
  • Good communication (Gujarati/Hindi a must, basic English required)
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks daily
  • 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
  • Interest in retail, ecommerce or operations is a big plus
  • Should live within reasonable distance of the store
