Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for affordable home loans and loan against property (LAP) through direct field sales. The role involves meeting potential customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining loan products, and ensuring smooth processing from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Source potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and local marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, and connectors to generate business.
  • Identify opportunities in affordable housing projects and semi-urban/rural markets.
  • Customer Handling:
  • Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable loan products.
  • Collect required documents and assist customers in completing loan applications.
  • Provide personalized solutions and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Loan Processing:
  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely submission of files.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Provide regular feedback to the branch manager or sales head.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets as assigned.
  • Focus on high-quality sourcing to maintain portfolio quality.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or equivalent (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience: 0–5 years in sales of home loans, LAP, or other retail financial products.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good local market knowledge
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹42,208.45 per month
