About the Role
We are looking for a young, energetic fresher who is motivated to earn, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to build a career in SaaS sales. You will call and qualify Amazon sellers from a provided list, introduce them to our software, and schedule demos for our senior sales team. If you are confident on calls, disciplined with follow-ups, and eager to grow quickly with performance-based incentives, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
Make 80100 calls per day to potential Amazon sellers from the provided database.
Pitch the product confidently and generate interest in scheduling a demo.
Qualify leads based on basic fit criteria such as sales size, product type, and ad spend.
Schedule demos for the senior sales team.
Update CRM daily with call notes, lead status, and recordings.
Follow up with warm leads and maintain clear communication.
Who You Are
Fresher or up to 1-year experience in telesales, lead generation, or BDE roles.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Clear communicatorconfident, energetic, and persistent.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with follow-ups and data management.
Money-motivated and target-driven.
Comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and other tools.

45 meetings booked per week
Compensation
CTC: 2.4L 5.4L per year

Location: Remote / Work from Office (as applicable)
Working Days: MondaySaturday
Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
Reports To: Sales Manager / Founder
