Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Telecaller- Inside Sales position. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about the company's products and services, and generating sales leads. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Candidates will be expected to use CRM software to record and track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide information effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in telecalling or inside sales is a plus
