About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior management/executive team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Coordinate and organize business events, conferences, and meetings.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations as required.
- Maintain proper filing systems and records for easy retrieval.
- Support in personal and professional tasks as delegated by the executive.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a discreet approach.
Preferred Attributes
- Fluent in [English/Hindi/other regional language as required].
- Willingness to handle both professional and occasional personal errands.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
