Job Description :
- Star Ease Report anylisis
2- Co dealer star ease analysis
3- Spare part usage under star ease (ie. CP & CPP)
4- Cycle counting of 'A' class spare parts defined as per 'ABC Analysis' (5 Parts Per Day)
5- Receivable-After sales GP Report
6- Receivable-All type of sale import in tally with reconciliation e-dealer
7- Receivable-An ageing analysis of the Advances received from Customers been reviewed and appropriate action taken on exceptions noted.
8- Receivable-Outstanding report / and recovery plan
9- Receivable-An ageing analysis of the Debtors been reviewed and appropriate action taken on exceptions noted.
10- Receivable-Warranty claims filed with MB are accounted for on accrual basis considering also the impact of rejection trend in the past
11- Receivable-Warranty claims shown as receivable from MB are reviewed and proper action is taken on the claims outstanding for more than 1 month and the claim rejection ratio.
12- Bank Balance-Bank reconciliation for all banks have been done.
