Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitor e-portals, filter tenders, download docs, coordinate bid prep, upload bids, maintain logs, assist in rate analysis, manage DSC uploads, and follow up on submissions, EMDs, BGs, results & deadlines.
  • Government Tender Management:Regularly monitor government tender portals including KPPP, GeM, CPWD, and other relevant government e-procurement platforms for civil infrastructure projects.Analyze tender documents thoroughly, understanding technical scope, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
  • Tender Preparation & Submission:Prepare detailed pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, and commercial bids aligned with government tender requirements.Ensure strict adherence to government norms, formats, and timelines during bid preparation.Coordinate with internal teams such as estimation, engineering, procurement, and legal to gather inputs and finalize bids.Upload and submit bids on relevant portals ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordination & Vendor Management:Engage with approved vendors and subcontractors to procure quotations and technical data.Evaluate and compare vendor inputs to support cost-effective and compliant bid submission.Compliance & Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation for each tender including all correspondences, technical clarifications, and compliance checklists.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with government procurement policies and statutory regulations.Post-Tender Support:Assist in bid clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups with government authorities.Provide support during contract finalization and handover to project execution teams.
