Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Training - OTC
In this role, we are looking for someone who can coordinate the OTC function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement improvements. One must be a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in the OTC process.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of Finance & Accounting with expertise in either one of the services lines – AP, AR, RTR

• Understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes

• Should have experience of working in F&A operations, Transitions, Training role, Learning & Development

• Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to establish a robust knowledge management framework and deliver business impact

• Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum

• Build accounting competency/technical know-how in the process

• Proficient in content creation and SOP documentation

• Ability to take stand up training sessions basis TNI on soft skills, domain

• Ability to present to internal and external clients

• Should be competent in reporting & analysis
Qualifications we seek in you

• B.Com Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention and transfer tool

• Have working knowledge of ERP's (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft….)
