Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Interior Architect to join our dynamic team at our Bangalore Urban office. This full-time position requires a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. As an Interior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative interior solutions that align with our clients' needs and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting interior design plans and construction details.
  • Advanced skills in SketchUp for creating three-dimensional design models.
  • Experience with Revit for building information modeling and detailed design visualization.
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite for producing graphic presentations and design layouts.
  • Knowledge of 3D Max for rendering and visualizing complex interior spaces.
  • Familiarity with BIM to support integrated project delivery and improve collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of space planning to optimize interior environments effectively.
  • Commitment to sustainable design practices that enhance environmental responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop innovative interior design concepts.
  • Assist in creating detailed drawings and specifications for interior fit-outs and renovations.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders to align design objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials and furnishings.
  • Support the design team in producing presentation materials and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes in all design outputs.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior architecture.
