As a Senior Salesforce & Fusion Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-grade risk, resilience, and service management solutions. This role requires deep expertise across Salesforce platforms and Fusion Risk Management systems, with a strong focus on operational resilience, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work across the full application lifecycle, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions that support organizational risk and continuity objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions across platforms such as Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Configure and manage Fusion Risk Management systems, including profiles, permission sets, workflows, custom objects, flows, communities, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Support operational resilience capabilities within Fusion Risk Management, ensuring alignment with business continuity and risk management frameworks.
- Design and execute Salesforce data imports, exports, and integrations using tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, end-user guides, and operational procedures.
- Provide oversight on incident, change, and service management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
- Support API integrations and ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across systems.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across risk, compliance, and technology platforms.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience across Salesforce development, administration, and system integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Fusion Risk Management, including operational resilience capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and experience managing complex data migration and integration activities.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes, including incident and change management frameworks.
- Experience in business continuity, crisis management, or technology recovery is highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Salesforce Developer/Admin certification or professional resilience certifications are considered an advantage.
