About The Role Summary Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

Site Overview:Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities:- Timely communication & projecting visibility to all stakeholders about critical parts, stock out conditions with the help of continuous engagement with internal & external stakeholders by means of available tools.
- Management of material master data for buy parts/OSP items
- Process documentation and updates.
- Coordinate with customs and logistic to have smooth imports.
- MIS work for reporting data in 1st and 2nd shift
- Prepare OSP ageing report and taking action to reduce ageing.
- Prepare Open PO report and its ageing
- Documents checking for GIT material and GRN defect - pre check
- Material Put away follow-ups and GRN follow-ups
- MIS Support for Advance license.
- Transaction support for Inventory and CTB - Work Allocation by Buyers.

The Ideal Candidate:Must have 1 year of experience in material co-ordination (PPC/Material Planning)

Required Qualification:- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile

Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
