Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CA preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in finance and accounts management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with ERP or financial accounting software.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
