As the Accounts & Finance Manager/Sr. Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

-Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate processing and compliance for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Oversee all regulatory and statutory compliance matters.

-Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present accurate and timely Monthly/Quarterly MIS Reports (Management Information System) and financial statements.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

-Accounting Operations:

Manage and supervise the entire spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Expert-level proficiency in using Tally ERP for all accounting and reporting purposes.

-Payroll & Treasury:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.

-Audits & Controls:

Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits.

Develop and implement strong internal financial controls and policies.
