Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and manage the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Financial Operations: Direct all accounting functions (A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Payroll, Revenue Recognition) and ensure timely month/year-end close.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and provide insightful analysis for strategic decisions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
  • Compliance & Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring adherence to GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Auditing: Manage external audits and act as the primary liaison for auditors.
  • Strategic Input: Offer financial expertise to senior leadership, contributing to long-term financial goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and improve processes
  • Good with MIS/ Reporting
  • Minimum 7 years of experience into core accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
