The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.

Design and Architecture:

• Ownership of the complete Salesforce Cloud solution and architecture.
• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions.
• Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
• Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
• Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.

Implementation:

• Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of  solutions.
• Oversee data integration and migration processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Assist technical leads in performing handson solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required.
• Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.
• Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.
• Guide customers through solution deployment.

Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development\implementation team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
• Help to resolve and mitigate technical/architecture issues and risks as they arise.

Project Management:

• Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Plan and monitor technical consideration activities of the project.
• Support the Project Manager in defining overall solution and strategy and document.

Documentation:

• Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure system reliability and performance.
• Develop detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team.
• Prepare Salesforce Config workbook detailing customizations and configurations of the org.
• Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other salesforce products.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce  development tools
• Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Architect certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
