Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of top talent, and contributing to

employer branding initiatives.

Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media platforms.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess candidates suitability.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure positive candidate experience.

Work closely with business heads/managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Update and maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.

Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

25 years of experience in recruitment (experience in MEP industry will be an added advantage).

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
