Job Summary

We are seeking an 
Operation Associate Intern
 who will play a crucial role in coordinating with clients and managing relationships to support business development initiatives. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in business development efforts to expand the organization's market reach.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in meetings and provide insights on operational challenges and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Basic understanding of business development processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Experience

  • No prior experience required; however, internships or coursework related to business operations or customer service will be advantageous.

Environment

  • Full-time, in-person position based in Delhi, providing a collaborative environment conducive to learning and professional growth.

Salary

CTC of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on performance.
