About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Associate – Operations
to handle
order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispatch coordination
across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels. This role requires strong
Excel skills, Excellent communication Skills (English & Hindi), and multitasking abilities
to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, order punching, and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee packaging quality, returns, and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain reports using Excel, WMS/ERP, and track operational KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce operations.
  • Advanced Excel & ERP knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask with a progressive mindset.
