Position: Plant In-Charge

Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control daily production of corrugated boxes and offset printed materials as per order schedules.
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency; reduce wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.
  • Supervise operations of corrugation machines, die-cutting, pasting, stitching, and offset printing machines.
  • Oversee the complete offset printing process, including plate making, color matching, registration, and print quality.
  • Ensure proper usage and control of inks, plates, chemicals, and other printing consumables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to print quality and machine performance.
  • Manage and lead supervisors, operators, helpers, and support staff.
  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production machines.
  • Implement and monitor 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
  • Control production costs, material wastage, and power consumption.
  • Maintain accurate production reports, raw material consumption data, and efficiency records.
  • Coordinate closely with Purchase, Stores, Sales, and other support departments.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Printing Technology (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Offset Printing operations is mandatory.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹10–15 LPA (commensurate with experience and skill set)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
