**Job Title**: Maintenance Incharge - Injection Molding

**Department**: Maintenance
**Location**: [Kasna, sector 31]
**Experience Required**: 5+ years (with minimum 4 years in injection molding industry)
**Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily maintenance operations across all injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Haitian, Engel, etc.).
- Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of molding machines and supporting equipment.
- Ensure minimum breakdown time and maximum equipment uptime.
- Maintain records of machine performance, maintenance logs, and repair activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation and mínimal production interruptions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and raise requirements as needed.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Liaise with external service providers or OEMs when required.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the plant.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of injection molding machines and associated utilities (chillers, compressors, mold temperature controllers).
- Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Good understanding of PLC systems and automation in injection molding (optional but preferred).
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
