Atl Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The ATL Incharge will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning and management of the Atal Tinkering Lab. This includes facilitating STEM activities, mentoring students, maintaining lab equipment, and promoting innovation and hands-on learning in accordance with the goals of Atal Innovation Mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lab Operations & Management**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of the ATL and maintenance of equipment/tools.
- Maintain inventory and proper documentation of tools, kits, and consumables.
- Prepare and implement schedules for student access to the lab.
- **Mentoring & Teaching**:

- Guide students on innovation-based projects using ATL resources like 3D printers, robotics kits, sensors, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, etc.
- Facilitate workshops, innovation challenges, and problem-solving sessions.
- **Curriculum Integration**:

- Design and deliver hands-on STEM learning modules.
- **Project Development**:

- Support students in developing projects for exhibitions, competitions, and national-level contests like ATL Marathon.
- Assist students in patenting and presenting their innovations, if applicable.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain project records, student participation logs, and innovation reports.
- Submit regular updates to school authorities and AIM (if required).
- **Innovation Promotion**:

- Organize innovation festivals, maker fairs, and awareness programs within the school and community.
- Invite external mentors or industry experts to inspire and train students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / Technology (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, M.Sc preferred).
- Knowledge of electronics, programming (Arduino, Python), 3D printing, and design thinking.
- Passion for innovation and mentoring school students.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Familiarity with tools like Tinkercad, Scratch, Blockly, etc.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or managing labs is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for STEM and innovation may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
