Event Sales & Partnerships Specialist

to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling sponsorships, exhibition spaces and delegate packages for our flagship events, including 
Globoil India, SAF Conference, NutraNXT, FSAFE, ICCON, Think Maharashtra, The Wheat Summit, Maize & Millet Summit, World Commodity Forum,
and many more.

This role is all about 
outbound sales
 – identifying prospects, making the first move with 
cold calls
, and turning new connections into long-term clients. If you are proactive, persuasive and hungry to hit targets, this is your chance to work on events that connect global industry leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume cold calls and follow-ups to generate new leads and close sales.
  • Sell sponsorships, exhibition stands and participation packages for national and international events.
  • Research and identify potential clients across industries, using a mix of phone outreach, LinkedIn and networking.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events to network and secure new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience – event sales or sponsorship sales preferred.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills with the confidence to pitch to decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
