1. To prepare agenda papers, minutes for the Board meetings, AGMs
2. Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory Registers, Records & Returns
3. Co-ordination with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors.
4. Due diligence for equity raises & acquisition.
5. Requisite support for inter company funds movement.
6. Compliance with JVA & SHA agreements
7. Ensure maximum compliance of Group Policies, SOPs etc.
8. To review important legal matters of the Company on a regular basis.
9. Other day to day secretarial work of the company
