Role & responsibilities:

The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and coordination support to the Director and EA to the Director. The incumbent will act as a key enabler in managing schedules, communication, documentation, and inter-departmental coordination, ensuring smooth execution of the Directors day-to-day activities.

This role requires high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and flexibility to work across multiple office locations in Ahmedabad.

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and documentation.
  • Handle all correspondence, communication, and confidential records on behalf of the Director, ensuring professionalism and timely response.
  • Coordinate across departments and with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of meetings, reviews, and follow-ups, supporting the EA to the Director where required.
  • Manage operational logistics for Directors visits, including venue readiness, hospitality, and material preparation.
  • Be flexible to travel across Ahmedabad office locations Asarva (Amdupura - Naroda), Santej, and CG Road

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Arts, or Management); a Secretarial/Office Administration diploma will be an advantage.
  • 2- 6 years of experience in secretarial or executive assistant roles, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and professional demeanour.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
