Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Economics Analyst to join our International Markets

Medical Economics team, with a primary focus on network (provider contracting) analytics and

additional contributions to clinical and payment integrity initiatives. This role is responsible for

producing high-quality, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, optimize medical

costs, and improve provider performance across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare analytics, technical expertise in

Qlik Sense, SQL, Python, AWS, and predictive modelling, and the ability to transform complex

analytics into clear, impactful recommendations for business stakeholders.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or

healthcare informatics within a health insurer, healthcare provider, third-party administrator

(TPA) or healthcare consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

o Prepare and deliver medical cost insight presentations on a bimonthly basis, focusing

on affordability and value opportunities, targeted to Network, Clinical, and Payment

Integrity managers of the relevant geography or P&L

o Develop and maintain dashboards for provider cost benchmarking and comparative

analysis to support provider negotiations and network tiering

o Conduct claims and utilization deep dives to identify cost drivers, pricing trends, and

opportunities for savings, and present results in clear business terms

o Highlight disease trend analyses and emerging clinical focus areas that can inform

targeted clinical initiatives and programs

o Support the network team in setting financial targets and analysing the Monthly

Operating Report by providing insights, commentary, and clear analysis to guide

performance review and decision making

Required Skills and Competencies

o Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Python, AWS, SQL and Microsoft Excel

o Strong understanding of healthcare data (claims, provider, member) and knowledge

of provider contracting processes

o High proficiency in English (written and verbal)

o Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical

audiences

o Collaborative approach with stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures

Education & Experience

o Bachelor//'s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Healthcare

Management, or related field

o 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or provider

network analysis

o Experience in a multinational or multi-market environment
