Experience : 4 to 7 years

Location : Any major city in India (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Noida preferred)

Employment Type : Full-time / Permanent/ WFO

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong domain knowledge in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.

The tester will be responsible for end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring quality delivery across multiple releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prepare and execute manual test cases for Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and data integrity.

- Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations, data migration, and reports.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman.

- Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) as part of an Agile QA team.

- Support UAT activities and ensure all functional scenarios are validated before release.

- Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, execution logs, and summary reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce manual testing experience, with exposure to Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and workflows.

- Experience in API and integration testing.

- Strong working knowledge of Jira for defect and test management.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Health Cloud) preferred
