Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Part price settlement (Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, Fog lamps, OHC, HMSL, Reverse Lamps etc)
2) Evaluation & negotiations of value engineering / cost reduction proposals. 
3) Capex / revenue / Proto investment settlement (FTG, Injection & stamped tools, Engineering Manhours, Aesthetic Proto)
4) Material cost control & price amendments through effective management of ECN/RoCM
5) Commodity study for strategy formulation
6) Effective closure of open audit action points by co-ordination
7) Zero based costing
8) Legal agreement (Development & Supply Agreement) negotiation
9) Data Analytics by leveraging technology to identify cost reduction opportunities
10) PLI audit closure and DVA improvement activities execution. 
11) Supply Chain Risk identification, mitigation planning
