1. Team Sales Performance

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly credit card sales targets
  • Drive sales through own sourcing and team sourcing
  • Ensure approvals, activations and revenue targets are met

2. Team Handling and Field Execution

  • Guide and support credit card sales executives in field activities
  • Plan daily routes, market coverage and sourcing strategy
  • Accompany team members for joint calls and closures

3. Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Support team in generating self-sourced leads through open market activities
  • Improve lead to approval and approval to activation conversion ratios
  • Focus on quality sourcing and eligible profiles

4. Product Knowledge and Sales Pitching

  • Ensure team has updated knowledge of credit card products, features and eligibility
  • Support team in pitching correct card variants
  • Handle complex customer cases and objections

5. Documentation and Compliance

  • Ensure complete and correct KYC and documentation from team
  • Monitor rejection reasons and correct sourcing gaps
  • Follow bank, DSA and RBI compliance norms

6. Bank and Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with bank and operations teams for faster approvals
  • Resolve team and customer issues related to applications
  • Ensure smooth processing and payout flow

7. Performance Monitoring and MIS

  • Track daily sales, logins, approvals and activations
  • Submit accurate MIS to manager on time
  • Monitor individual executive productivity

8. Training and Skill Development

  • Train new joiners on field sales, product pitching and documentation
  • Share best practices to improve team performance
  • Support performance improvement of low performers

9. Market Intelligence and Feedback

  • Share competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategy and execution

10. Brand Representation and Ethics

  • Represent company and bank brands professionally
  • Ensure ethical selling and avoid mis-selling
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism in the field

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
