Genrobotics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Associate Intern
to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. The Project Associate will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring R&D projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
  • Track project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Support the development and implementation of project strategies and plans.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools and knowledge in engineering is a plus.
