Role Overview

  • The Incite Crew is building a clarity-first ecosystem for founders.
  • As an R&D Intern, you will work directly on research, synthesis, and strategic frameworks that help early-stage and growth-stage startups make better decisions.
  • This is not a content or marketing internship.
  • This role is for people who enjoy thinking, structuring information, and turning chaos into clarity.

What You Will Work On

  • Researching startup industries, founder problems, and market patterns
  • Creating structured insights (ICP drafts, pain points, positioning notes)
  • Contributing to internal research libraries and strategy templates
  • Assisting in building founder toolkits and strategic documents
  • Analyzing competitors, trends, and business models (light to medium depth)
  • Supporting consultants with well-organized research inputs
  • All work is guided by clear frameworks. You will never be "figuring things out blindly."

  • You can read complex information and summarize it clearly
  • You can organize thoughts logically and write in simple, precise language
  • You ask good questions and improve quickly with feedback
  • Your work reduces confusion for founders and internal teams

Who We're Looking For

  • Students or early-career individuals interested in strategy, research, startups, or consulting
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication
  • Ability to think structurally and break down problems
  • Comfortable working independently with guidance
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and calm under ambiguity
  • You do not need prior startup or consulting experience.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Interest in startups, business strategy, or product thinking
  • Experience writing research notes, essays, or structured documents
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, or similar tools
