Job Description

We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the stability and quality of the ServiceNow platform through continuous validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute
    automated test scripts
    using ServiceNow ATF.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform
    regression, smoke, and functional testing
    across ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, etc.).
  • Configure and maintain
    ATF test suites, custom test steps, and reusable components
    .
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train teams on
    ATF best practices
    .
  • Identify bugs and work closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Ensure platform stability and quality through
    continuous testing and validation
    .

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow ATF
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript
    and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules:
    ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps
    .
  • Experience with
    test management tools
    (JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management).
  • Understanding of
    SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    API testing, performance testing, and security validation
    .
  • Ability to create and manage
    test data and test matrices
    .
