Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hyderabad, India (Need to work from Experian- Hyderabad office at least 3 days in a week from day one)

Experience: 5+

Job Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development.
  • Strong Apex skills (triggers, classes, async patterns), Flows and SOQL/SOSL optimization.
  • Proficient with Salesforce standard and custom objects, reports, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD; familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-have (optional):

  • Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud work in B2B commerce apps.
  • Use of Salesforce DevOps Center for release management.
  • Integration experience (REST/SOAP) and middleware; data migration tools.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Content Stack, ReadMe, Okta, and Tableau.

Responsibilities (brief):

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce apps using LWC and Apex.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance; write tests with good coverage.
  • Collaborate with product teams in an Agile/Scrum framework; participate in code reviews and deployments.
  • Support bi-weekly release management using a CI/CD release process to test, validate and implement new features/code as well as updates to existing code
