Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Salesforce development tools and customization, with the ability to implement enhancements, integrations, and workflows that support business objectives. This role is targeted at a developer with 24 years of Salesforce development experience, capable of working independently but also collaborating within a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.

Experience working with Salesforce configuration tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations.

Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, and permission sets.

Proficient in using Salesforce Developer Console, VS Code, Git, and other dev tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in at least one large-scale Salesforce implementation project.- Experience with FSC, Omni Studio, or intricate implementations
