Job Title: Generative AI Trainer

Location : Gurugram ( Onsite )

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Generative AI Trainer to design and deliver training programs on LLMs, Generative AI frameworks, and applied AI solutions. The role requires expertise in modern AI tools, hands-on model development, and the ability to mentor learners at different levelsdevelopers, data scientists, and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules on Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions on tools/frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAG pipelines.
  • Teach practical implementation of LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.) across real-world use cases.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and assessments to learners during workshops and projects.
  • Develop training material (presentations, labs, exercises, use-case driven assignments).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align training with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong programming experience in Python (mandatory).
  • Hands-on with ML/DL frameworks – PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI models (OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Falcon, LLaMA, Hugging Face).
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in AI/ML is preferred.
