We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to join our team at Credence Hospital. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and coordinating hardware and infrastructure implementation. This role requires a problem-solver who can support clinical and administrative teams in leveraging technology for smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and provide support for Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, LIS, PACS, and other healthcare software applications.

Act as the first point of contact for software-related issues across hospital departments, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance (servers, desktops, printers, biometric systems, networking devices, etc.).

Oversee IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and data backup systems.

Support user training for hospital staff on new software and digital workflows.

Monitor system performance, ensure data security, and maintain compliance with hospital IT policies.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to implement IT-enabled solutions for better efficiency.

Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and support activities.
