Job Overview

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our properties in South and West India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide personalized attention to guests, greeting them warmly and handling their requests efficiently.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries effectively, directing guests to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Property Management Support:
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist in the procurement of monthly supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Step in as the property in-charge during the absence of the property manager, taking charge of daily operations.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India as required, contributing to the team's growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a pleasant personality.
  • Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
