Are you a façade specialist with a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of estimation, costing, and bid strategy?

Join a reputed design-build contracting firm delivering prestigious façade projects across India. Were looking for an experienced Head of Tendering Façade to lead our pre-contract efforts, from pricing to project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process for façade packages including unitized curtain walls, ACP, structural glazing, stone cladding, GRC, etc.

  • Scrutinize tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.

  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to develop competitive and technically compliant offers.

  • Manage vendor/supplier quotations and subcontractor inputs to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and estimation partners for clarifications, negotiations, and bid follow-ups.

  • Present bid strategies and commercial risk assessments to top management.

  • Oversee tender submissions for both government and private sector façade works.

Ideal Candidate:
  • 12-18 years of experience in façade tendering, estimation, or pre-construction roles.
  • Deep technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.

  • Experience with large commercial, high-rise, and hospitality projects.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, estimation tools, AutoCAD, and reading technical drawings.

  • Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
