ESH Compliance

a. Building and sustaining safety culture in his area with less movement requiring ""no"" or ""bare minimum / exceptional only"" night travels

b. Monitoring on daily basis the safety compliance related work & safety guidelines adherence

c. Driving business partner ESH compliance and adequate safety trainings having all working staff ITTA Trained

d. Manage external environment and identify potential challenges that exist in his area of operation and develop ways to overcome these challenges

e. Actively monitor operations on the ground and ensure effective resolution of unionised behaviour related issues

f. Fatality and fire have zero tolerance with proper training, replacement and guidelines"

Network Stability and process compliance

a. Preventive and Corrective maintenance by correct analysis and RCA

b. Maintaining i-hygiene, P1 and closure of CM/PM TTs in time bound manner for the zero defect sites

c. Structured Governance, Target setting with field team to ensure uptime, New delivery & sign off on delivered parameters

d. Customer interaction and meet their expectation through proper review,  Uptime delivery, Energy reduction and addition of sites

e. Beat plan and frequent failing sites resolution through Alarm compliance and automation by FSEs and field team

f. RWM implementation and compliance as per guidelines

Partner management and drive partners performance to achieve the target

a. Interaction with Partners to understand and execution operational expectation

b. Preventive and Corrective maintenance through IME/SME team

c. Execution, Governance, delivery and contract management through partners

Revenue Enhancement with Process and Trainings

a. Proper training to the team on SLA, Sign off and Infra installation

b. Periodic audit of sites to ensure no mismatch between the actual inventory installed at sites

c. Adoption of TQM practices and PDCA problem solving approach"

Execution and Alignment with External & Internal Customers 

a. Coordination between various stakeholders IME, SME, Estate, Projects & Circle

b. Alignments with landlords for timely site access for uptime and new delivery .Close coordination with Project and Estate team for new delivery and projects .

c. Timely sign off with customers on uptime and delivery of his area

d . Stock Point Compliance along with SCM team

e. Capex and Opex utilisation in coordination with circle team to ensure stability of sites as per process defined

f.  Implementaion and Alignment with energy team for energy related process , compliances to achieve energy reduction targets"

Site security, Partner and Inventory management

a. Driving site security & ensuring the accurate site inventory and ensure no extra / unused active and passive equipment lies on the site

b. Dealing with respective Adminsatrtion , statutory authorities and ensure compliances for the safety of site .

c. Custodian of material / inventory including warehousing, material movement and spares management 

Team development 

a. Develop a high performance work environment to build a capable and motivated field team

b. Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance, acknowledge good work and also  recommend areas of improvement

c. Team building and motivation

Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

Engineering Graduate/Diploma preferably with experience 

Knowledge Required

Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Skills / Competencies

Understanding technical nitty-gritty of equipment's (DG/Battery/SMPS/PIU) and telecommunication, Leadership skill, Interpersonal skill, communication skill, Honesty and integrity, self-discipline

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)

7 to 10 Years
