Job Overview:

The Content Collaboration Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing content collaboration initiatives across various teams and departments. This role involves working closely with content creators, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with brand objectives and engages our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaboration Facilitation: Act as a liaison between different teams (marketing, design, product, HR) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on content projects
  • Content Planning: Assist in the development and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across multiple platforms
  • Project Management: Track content projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines
  • Content Creation Support: Provide support in content creation processes, including brainstorming sessions, content editing, and feedback collection
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather input from various stakeholders to understand their content needs and ensure their perspectives are incorporated into content strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of collaboration efforts and provide insights for improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in collaboration processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, project management, or communications, preferably in a collaborative or cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ) and content management systems
