We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at the Crowne Plaza. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training coordination or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in training coordination or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with training software and technologies, such as learning management systems.
