TLSHS Is Hiring: Admissions Counselor & Admissions Manager

We're looking for passionate, student-centered professionals to join our admissions team in two key roles:

1. Admissions Counselor

For those who love guiding students, answering their questions with patience, and helping families find clarity in their educational decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Counsel students & parents with empathy and accuracy

  • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions touchpoints

  • Support school visits, outreach events, and engagement activities

  • Coordinate with academic & administrative teams

  • Maintain admissions data and reports

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions/counseling (freshers with excellent communication can apply)

  • A warm, approachable, student-first attitude

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment

2. Admissions Manager

For leaders who can drive strategy, manage teams, and steer the admissions function with clarity and ownership.

What You'll Lead

  • End-to-end admissions cycle: inquiry → counseling → conversion → onboarding

  • Strategy, targets, and process improvement

  • Leading & mentoring the admissions counselor team

  • Coordinating outreach initiatives and school events

  • Reporting, KPIs, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions/counseling

  • Strong leadership & communication skills

  • Data-driven decision-making

  • Experience managing teams & high-volume processes
