Hiring for an Automotive Wiring Harness Manufacturing MNC in Pune

The role calls for someone who can own the end-to-end Value Chain/Supply Chain while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across multiple plants.

What were looking for:

  • Engineering degree or diploma; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management including a very good recent experience handling the same in the Wiring Harness industry.
  • Proven leadership in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and planning
  • Strong exposure to IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 environments
  • Track record in inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and vendor performance improvement
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
