Job Title: Senior Manager - US Healthcare Recruitment

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - US Healthcare Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts for US-based healthcare roles. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, talent management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top healthcare talent in the US.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
4. Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening process, ensuring the best candidates are identified and presented to clients.
5. Interview and Selection: Manage the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in US healthcare recruitment.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent management.
3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
