Position: Senior Manager HR

Location: Pune (relocation required if outside Pune)

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager HR will work closely with leadership to align Human Capital goals with business strategies. Responsible for hiring, recruitment, workforce management, training & development, performance evaluations, compensation/benefits, compliance, and maintaining company culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with leadership to define mission and goals; align talent management accordingly.


• Provide leadership to HR team; resolve HR, compensation, and benefits issues.


• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee records.


• Manage employee benefits (health insurance, flexible work arrangements, etc.).


• Enhance rewards and recognition programs.


• Design org charts and staffing budgets for long-term growth.


• Oversee annual talent review processes.


• Handle policy violations, disciplinary actions, and exit meetings.


• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and initiatives to reduce turnover.


• Perform other HR duties as needed.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's preferred).


• 12+ years HR experience with focus on strategic talent management.


• 5+ years HR experience in the IT sector.


• Proven leadership of HR teams in dynamic environments.


• Strong communication, listening, reasoning, and conflict-resolution skills.


• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
