We are a specialized insurance agency focused on commercial auto and trucking insurance. Our mission is to help business owners protect their fleets, stay compliant, and save money on coverage. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with trucking companies, contractors, and other businesses that need commercial auto insurance.
- Explain coverage options and provide competitive quotes.
- Build trust with clients by guiding them through compliance, certificates of insurance, and policy service.
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Insurance sales experience preferred, especially in commercial auto or trucking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, self-starter with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling multiple leads.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
