We are looking multiple candidates for CAE Position

CAE Modeler - Safety

Can be able to check CAD quality, issue & perform CAD cleanup., variable thickness measurement and assignment.

Good Knowledge in meshing Sheet Metal, Plastic trims and Casting assemblies for safety guidelines.

Should know to clear the penetration/intersection for an assembly

CAE Senior Modeler - Safety- Interiors,Exteriors, BIW, Chassis, PT

Prepare the sub system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts),Contact Interfaces, runnable assemblies deck info.

Perform Input study & Prepare queries on Cad /BOM / NGD/ Material/ Connections

Perform review models/ Debug & fix error for Ls dyna

CAE Full Vehicle Integration- Safety

Experience in building full vehicle models for safety analyses

Experience in full vehicle assembly, vehicle variant complexity management, full vehilcle penetrations

Able to prepare full vehicle loadcases as per safety requirements (FMVSS/ECE/NCAP etc.
